1. About KiloTango

KiloTango ("we," "us," or "our") operates KiloTangoUSA.com (the "Site"), an ammunition search engine and affiliate referral platform. KiloTango indexes publicly available product and pricing data from licensed US ammunition retailers and displays it in a searchable interface. KiloTango does not sell, ship, store, handle, or distribute ammunition or any other products. All purchases are made directly with the retailer of your choice.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally permitted to purchase ammunition in your jurisdiction
• You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition

KiloTango is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Use of the Site from outside the United States is at your own risk and subject to local laws.

3. Nature of the Service

KiloTango is an ammunition search engine. We display pricing and product information indexed from third-party retailer product feeds. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. When you click a product link and complete a purchase on a retailer's website, that transaction is solely between you and the retailer.

3.2 Price Accuracy

We make commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate and current pricing. However, prices, availability, and product details can change rapidly. KiloTango does not guarantee that prices or product information shown on the Site match the current prices or availability on the retailer's website. Always verify the final price at checkout on the retailer's website before completing any purchase.

3.3 Affiliate Relationships

KiloTango participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click a product link on KiloTango and subsequently make a purchase from a participating retailer, KiloTango may earn a commission from the retailer. This commission is paid by the retailer and does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on our About page and in our Privacy Policy.

3.4 No Endorsement

Listing a retailer or product on KiloTango does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of that retailer or product. KiloTango does not verify retailer licensing, product quality, or fulfillment reliability beyond what is required for inclusion in our affiliate network.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers, networks, or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its backend systems

IN NO EVENT SHALL KILOTANGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
